This is what I call a Hawaiian meal! Lau Lau, Kalua Pork, Chicken Long Rice, Poi and Lomi Salmon!
Two of my favorite dishes from the island. My wife doesn't like it because she likes her fish cooked and the onions in the Lomi Salmon doesn't make it all the better for her!
In our trip, this restaurant gave us the best service with a server named, Jose. He worked at the Hilton since 1999, before MAC 24-7 opened.
