Two years ago, today, for whatever reason I ran across this application called Evernote whose tagline is Remember Everything: Capture Anything, Access Anywhere, Find Things Fast. I thought that I would give it a try. If it didn't work, I could start from where I was before.
Let me say that I haven't regretted getting this program and for the $45 a year, it is worth it! I can organize many of my projects into folders which are easily accessible. All the time as long as I can scan any paper into a PDF file, I can attach them into a note, which within the PDF file I can search for phrases or words within that file.
I keep track of many folders that helps me to remember how I spend my money, what television shows I watch, keep track of memorable events in my life, and organize many of my work projects. And all of what I am tracking is organized and easier to find. Every time my Sunshine and I plan a vacation, I create a folder for everything for that trip.
I have been trying to incorporate everything that I learned from the Franklin Covey system with the technology of Evernote, since I can access the program from my laptop or from my Android phone when I am out all over the place.
