Throughout Thursday, the weather forecaster it was predicted that there would be snow/frozen mix falling on the ground. Or was it that we, residents, hoping that the snow would fall? While driving to work at around 2pm, it was raining, and I could see several flurries of snow falling on the windshield. With the wind chill, the temperature was close to freezing. I thought that the weather was supposed to get colder, so that the snow would be falling, but it wouldn't stick to the ground.
Hours later, at around the 6 `o clock hour, I remember looking out the restaurant window, and I could see the sun setting in a distance and the rain stopped. And no snow!
