Recently, my parents-in-law moved to Huntsville, AL. I am disappointed that the coverage on the drive on Hwy 72/2. I am losing coverage about five miles heading toward Huntsville entering Alabama off Hwy 72/2. Coverage does not resume until arriving near Huntsville driving onto the 565! What happens if I need to use my wireless phone to call for help, being stranded on the highway?
I believe in loyalty and staying the course. I would like your company to succeed. I usually don't like to support businesses that are the #1 in their industry. I have been a continuous customer of your company since 1998. I don't want to leave at renewal, but your company has to provide service where I need it.
Please Sprint correct the lack of coverage for the drive that I have to make. It's for my safety.
